Are you a licensed real estate agent looking to fast-track your career as a listing agent? Realty.com is seeking motivated agents with a strong work ethic to join our team and take advantage of our unique 90-day accelerated path to becoming a full-time listing agent.

At Realty.com, we provide a steady flow of listing leads that need to be nurtured and converted into home sales. As a Staff Agent, your primary focus will be building relationships with potential sellers and guiding them toward listing their homes or accepting cash offers. This role offers a balance of hourly pay and a highly competitive commission structure that will support your growth and success.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Hourly pay plus 80/20 commission split with a $15k cap. After the cap is reached, a flat $250 per transaction fee applies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our team to convert leads into closed sales.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
  • Proven experience working with home sellers or buyers, with a desire to transition into a listing agent role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
