As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying their needs, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
  • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
  • Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their interest.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients until the product demonstration phase.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in consistently engaging in high-volume outbound dialing activities, with a primary emphasis on building and nurturing relationships through extensive telephone interactions.
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-oriented role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Previous sales or telemarketing experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
