Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively engage prospective clients through a blend of outbound and inbound communication strategies, including phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Refined participation in the development and advancement of marketing initiatives, operational workflows, and sourcing of leads—offering consistent feedback on the efficacy of these campaigns and pinpointing areas for refinement.
- Create, and improve on existing messaging templates that resonates and fosters connections
- Design and amend scripts for contact engagement to stimulate conversation and elevate the likelihood of successful conversion.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by sharing insights that lead to the betterment of team-wide processes and automation, as well as providing training to other agents in these enhanced protocols.
- Utilize advanced multi-line dialing systems to initiate contact with potential home buyers and sellers, culminating in the qualification of leads which are then warmly transitioned to Real Estate Agents for specialized follow-up.

- Previous Sales experience is preferred
- MUST be able to work and commute in Houston, Tx
